How do I place an order?

Simply browse our website, select the desired hamper, and click on "Add to Cart." Follow the checkout process to provide shipping details and make a secure payment. If you would like to make a corporate order, (6 or more gift hampers) please get in touch with the team at hello@localpantryco.com.au.

Can I include a gift message with my hamper?

Absolutely! During the checkout process, you can add a personalized message that will be included with the gift.

Do you offer bulk or corporate orders?

Yes, we provide options for bulk and corporate orders. Contact our corporate services team for personalised assistance and special pricing at hello@localpantryco.com.au.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit/debit cards, PayPal (including Pay in 4) and AfterPay (for orders over $50). Your payment information is encrypted and securely processed.

Is it safe to enter my credit card information on your website?

Can I see a preview of the hamper before ordering?

While we can't provide custom hamper previews, your cart will show a preview of each of the items you’ve selected. Our product listings include detailed descriptions and high-quality images to give you a clear idea of what to expect.

We offer a variety of hampers, including options for different dietary preferences. Check product descriptions for details on ingredients and dietary considerations.

Delivery

What are the delivery options available?

We offer standard and express delivery options. Standard delivery typically takes 3-5 business days, while express delivery ensures your gift hamper reaches its destination within 1-2 business days.

What time will the delivery be made?
Most often, deliveries are made Monday - Friday between 9am and 5pm. During peak times (especially Black Friday and Christmas periods) our delivery partners may deliver outside these windows to catch up on backlog. Unfortunately we are unable to request the delivery of your parcel at a specific time.

Can I select a specific delivery date?

Due to the nature of deliveries across the country, we’re unable to guarantee delivery on a specific date. You can add a note at the checkout to “please add, ‘do not open until *insert date here*’ and we will pop a sticker to the outside of the mailing packaging for you to pass this onto the recipient. There is no additional charge for this service. 

Can I send my order to a PO Box or Parcel Locker?

Yes, we ship with Australia Post, so sending to PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers is absolutely fine. 

Can I track my order during transit?

Yes, you will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped. Use this number on the Australia Post website to monitor the real-time status of your delivery.

Do you deliver internationally?

Currently, we only offer domestic delivery. We are actively exploring international shipping options to provide a broader reach.

Can I create a custom gift hamper with specific items?

Absolutely! Use our "Build Your Own Hamper" feature to choose from a variety of products and create a personalized gift tailored to the recipient's preferences.

Is there an additional cost for customisations?

The cost of your hamper depends on the items selected. Our website will display the total cost as you add or remove items from your custom hamper.
